Preamble
This subscription contract is governed by the general conditions below as well as by the special conditions
Occitanie COnnection is a Business Club which offers its subscribers activities on digital networks and commercial events in order to promote their activities / products
Article 1: object
These conditions govern the subscription which allows the professional to take part in all the activities of the Club Occitanie COnnection as well as to benefit from the benefits of the latter
Article 2 PRICE
The subscription is billed in accordance with the rates in force and in accordance with the conditions set. Payment for the year (12 consecutive months) when ordering by check or
cash or by transfer and in the case of a monthly payment, the establishment of a standing transfer
Late payments.
In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel your
Services if you do not pay the full amount due on time after we send you a reminder (threatening to interrupt and / or terminate the Services) asking you to make your payment within the allotted time.
Article 3 DURATION
The subscription takes effect when the professional has paid the amount of the subscription and his account has actually been created and will not be renewable by tacit agreement; the professional will have to take out another subscription.
Article 4 RESPONSIBILITY OF OCCITANIE CONNECTION
Occitanie COnnection is responsible for the operation of the Club and the services accessible by subscribers.
Occitanie COnnection cannot be held responsible for breakdowns, line cuts, incorrect configuration of equipment, equipment, etc. which are not under its direct control, or which it has not provided, and in particular for all types provided by other providers

Article 5 CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
The professionals who will be members are professionals who have been selected in advance for their quality of welcome and their know-how; the professional for his part undertakes to respect the principle of Quality which is understood by the Quality of the work provided and the respect for the customer.
Any opinion to the contrary will be verified and insofar as such behavior may harm Club Occitanie COnnection, its image and that of its members: the professional will no longer be able to benefit from the services of the club and without any reimbursement.
Article 6 FILES AND MEASURES

Article 7 MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
The customer is formally prohibited, under penalty of termination of his subscription and without prejudice to any damages and interest and prosecution, from introducing any kind of disturbance into the network. In this case, the customer will be held responsible for these disturbances both with regard to Club Occitanie Connection and with regard to third parties.
