In an old Cerdane farmhouse renovated in 1808, discover our cold meats of course our farm meats but also our local products and Catalan specialties: cheeses, homemade jars, packed baskets as well as our wine cellar; this offers a wide selection of Roussillon wines. In the old stable of the farm come and taste our plates of homemade cold meats or cheeses.

In Saillagouse in the Pyrénées-Orientales, Bernard Bonzom, a charcuterie artisan, perpetuates the tradition of the Charderie de Cerdagne through high-quality natural products: mountain ham, Catalan sausage, sausages, country pâté, pa de fetge.
Its name is attached to the great tradition of cold meats from Cerdanya. His job, Bernard Bonzom learned it very early at the age of 13, his watchword are: Authenticity, quality and know-how; his motto: “All progress is accomplished by keeping the best of the past”.
A man, a family …
Thanks to the collaboration of Josy his wife, his son Brice le Charcutier and his collaborators, Bernard Bonzom was able to quickly develop his business and obtained a large number of distinctions including 8 gold medals at the biggest international competitions and 3 Mercures gold: 1985, 2003 and the last in 2013.
